Baylor is a small favorite over Kansas in battle of 1-2The marquee game of the college basketball season to date tips off at noon eastern Saturday as top-ranked Kansas and Baylor square off in Texas. The AP and Coaches polls have Baylor and Kansas at No. 1 and No. 3, respectively, but the odds board paints a slightly different picture. According to the latest National Championship odds from SportsBetting.ag, Kansas is the overall favorite while Baylor is tied for second with Gonzaga. It's likely that the loser of Saturday's matchup will fall a spot or two when fresh odds come out Sunday.
