Sportsbooks in Colorado didn't give the Broncos much of a championship chance before the season started, and as the injuries pile up (again) their odds are getting even longer.
Prior to the season, SportsBetting.com set the Broncos' Super Bowl odds at 50-1. Following a close loss in the season opener, their odds jumped to 80-1.
Now sitting 0-2, with the starting quarterback sidelined for multiple weeks and the No. 1 wideout done for the season, Denver has 125-1 odds to win Super Bowl LV.
In terms of the week-to-week game lines, Lock is worth anywhere from 0-2 points to a spread, according to the oddsmakers at SportsBetting.com. He's listed in the lowest value tier below.
Denver is a 6-point home underdog this week against the Buccaneers.
"If Lock is in the lineup, the Broncos are still dogs, but you're probably looking at +4.5 or +5," Scott Cooley, an odds consultant for SportsBetting.com, said. "He's certainly not going to move the needle in a major way in terms of the odds, but the reps and familiarity with first-team personnel makes him more valuable than the backup, Driskel."
Below is a breakdown of what every STARTING QUARTERBACK from Week 1 is worth to a spread.
