One injury-riddled weekend caused a seismic shift in the MVP and Rookie of the Year odds.
Last week at
SportsBetting.com, LeBron James was listed at even with 1/1 odds to take home another MVP accolade. He's now second on the list.
LaMelo Ball has been the ROY favorite since the preseason, and his odds had climbed to as high as 1/10, or -1000, last week.
Now that Ball is out for the season, Anthony Edwards has moved into the favorite position.
However, Ball is still just second on the list with 5/4, or +125, odds, perhaps a testament to this season's somewhat underwhelming rookie class.
